Soil grading
When you need it
Water pools next to the building, or the ground has settled.
We ensure proper sloping to prevent future damage. A lot of Ottawa properties sit on clay that expands when wet and shrinks when dry. Combine that with ground that slopes toward the building and the basement keeps flooding. We fix it at the source.
